1Secure Infrastructure
FeedLab is built on top of world-class infrastructure providers including Vercel and Supabase (AWS). Our systems benefit from their rigorous security standards, including physical data center security, SOC 2 compliance, and 24/7 monitoring.
2Data Encryption
We ensure your data is protected at every stage:
- In Transit: All data transmitted between your users, our widgets, and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS).
- At Rest: All feedback data, including database records and screenshots, is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
3Visual Privacy & Data Handling
We provide built-in tools to help you and your users protect sensitive information:
- Blur Tools: Users can blur sensitive information (passwords, PII) directly in the screenshot before submission.
- Technical Context: We only capture essential technical metadata (browser, OS, URL) needed for debugging.
- Isolation: Feedback data is strictly isolated by project ID, ensuring only authorized team members can access it.
4Access Control
We use secure authentication mechanisms to ensure only you can access your project data. Our dashboard is protected by industry-standard auth providers with support for secure login methods and session management.
5Responsible Disclosure
We take security vulnerabilities seriously. If you believe you've found a security issue in FeedLab, please report it to us immediately.
