Data retention is how long your feedback data is stored on our cloud servers. Starter keeps data for 10 days, while larger packs offer up to 90 days. Enterprise offers unlimited retention.

When your retention period elapses, we automatically compile your feedback data and send it to your preferred email address as a secure ZIP archive. This ensures you never lose access to your technical insights even after they are cleared from our cloud.

Yes! By subscribing to our Storage Pack ($10/mo), you bypass the standard retention periods of your credit packs. Your feedback will be stored indefinitely as long as your subscription remains active.
