Velocity vs. Momentum

Velocity is speed in a given direction. Momentum is velocity multiplied by mass (or in our case, team impact). To maintain momentum, you need to eliminate friction in your feedback loops.

Our Principles

  • 1. **No Reproduction Without Proof**: If you can't see it, you can't fix it.
  • 2. **Context is King**: Metadata should be captured automatically, not entered manually.
  • 3. **Asynchronous by Design**: Great feedback shouldn't require a meeting.
